What is the dress code?
Mountain Formal. Think elevated and elegant with a touch of outdoor charm. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and mid to floor length dresses. Feel free to incorporate rich tones, earthy colors, floral prints, or dressy boots. Have fun with the vibe, but keep it polished! Inspiration
Where are the wedding events taking place?
Friday, September 5: Welcome party at The Pines Downtown, Sevierville, TN - 7:00 PM
Saturday, September 6: Ceremony & Reception at The Trillium Venue, Sevierville, TN - 3:30PM
What time should we arrive to the ceremony?
Plan to arrive via our shuttle service by 3:00 PM to allow time to take in the mountain views and get seated before our ceremony begins at 3:30 PM sharp.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! Shuttles will run to and from select accomodations to The Trillium on Saturday. Shuttle schedule and other details can be found on our Shuttles page.
Are kids invited?
While we love your little ones, we’re keeping our wedding an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Thank you for understanding!
What is the weather like in early September?
Daily highs range from the low 80’s to mid 70’s and evenings see low 70’s to mid 60’s.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be hosted underneath the pavilion which is completely covered. The cocktail hour will be on the open air patio which is not covered, however, we have rented several outdoor umbrellas to provide shade. The reception will be indoors and air conditioned. There will be no need to walk on grass at anytime during our wedding. All floors are concrete or hardwood.
